Saying Grace

When and how do you give thanks before meals?   Do you ever pause quietly?  Do you ever share aloud with others something you are thankful for from the day?

We’ve been including this prayer when pausing to give thanks before meals at The Table:

God, to those who hunger give bread, and to those with bread give hunger for justice. ~ from Latin America
