We’ll celebrate baptisms at sunrise on Easter morning (April 9) in the Rose Garden at McKinley Park. Anyone interested in learning more about baptism is encouraged to join our Co-Pastors for conversation in the Sanctuary after the 11am worship gathering on Sunday, March 5. Please email Pastor Linda (linda (at) thetableumc.org) if you have any questions.
We recognize people from our community of faith come from a variety of traditions and understandings regarding baptism. We celebrate baptism for people of all ages at The Table. Baptism is a sacrament which proclaims and reminds us of God’s unconditional love. God’s love for us never fails, thus we do not need to ever be re-baptized.
Please note: We welcome adults, teens, and families with children who are interested in learning more about baptism to join us for this orientation. Attending the orientation does not commit you to baptism, it is just an opportunity to learn more and wonder with others. Sign-up to attend our Orientation on Baptism:
