Ash Wednesday: Collect Your Materials
Our Lenten worship series, Composting Faith, begins on Ash Wednesday with worship inviting us to Collect Our Materials for the journey ahead as we hold our lives & scripture in conversation with the Divine while spending time at the compost pile. Sanctuary
Worship is rooted in Luke 1.46b-55; Mary’s Magnificat. after receiving the angel’s news, Mary retreats to the sanctuary of Elizabeth and Zechariah’s home. She receives a safe haven, a home for her heart to soon sing with joy. Sanctuary and safe space is important for all, including Mary while she prepares to become a home for God. Sanctuary is anywhere God’s love dwells freely and abundantly. Worship online with thetable.live. CCLI #805699 / CCLI Streaming #094804
